КНДР и пр. на CeBIT’2015

В этом году на CeBIT, само собой, не поеду. Готовлю план действий для иных сотрудников редакции, которых зарегистрировала как положено. Но пресс-релизы и приглашения по старой памяти сыплются на мой мэйл.

И вот сегодня получила – хоть стой, хоть падай – от голландского агентства CBI (при голландском же МИДе = an agency of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs) приглашение на контакты по IT-аутсорсингу с 14ю фирмами из: Albania, Armenia, Macedonia, Bangladesh and Palestine. Т.е. зацените сам список: Албания, Армения, Македония, Бангладеш и Палестина.

Про Палестину переводить всё подряд влом, вот оригинал: In addition, Palestine is a gateway to the Gulf region for European producers of software packages. Saudi-Arabia and the Emirates are interesting export markets and the Palestinians can be used for localisation (e.g. translating software into the Arabic language). They can also assist in market research and marketing and sales, since they already belong to networks in the region.

Т.е. палестинцы - воротца в регион нефтебогатющего Персидского залива. Саудовская Аравия и Арабские Эмираты интересные рынки для экспорта, а палестинцев можно использовать для локализации (перевода ПО на арабский язык). Палестинцы могут также способствовать в исследованиях рынка, маркетинге и продажах, поскольку они уже плавают в сетях региона.
С какого в список попали армяне – кто б объяснил.
И это ещё не все новости=инновации рынка.

На фоне катастрофического изгнания из цивилизованного мира хунты РФ взбодрились северные корейцы. То есть прямо-таки с лозунгом «Ким лучше путина». Тоже зовут познакомиться с их услугами по разработке ПО.

 Human rights violations, a nuclear arms program and a state-controlled economy – most news on North Korea cover these issues. According to recent reports and academic research, how-ever, the number of semi-private businesses in North Korea is growing and the regime has been calling for foreign investments. Moreover, there seem to be slight changes in some social conditions.The conference “Social Change and Business Opportunities in North Korea” aims to inform interested journalists, academics and European companies about some of these recent developments inside North Korea.

Т.е. есть у них растущий «получастный» бизнес (это типа сечинской Роснефти, якунинской РЖД и миллерюги Газпрома, что ли?), и режим взывает к иностранным инвестициям. Ой….

 То есть каждые полтора-два часа обсуждения и два раза покормят J. И спецы – по криминологии. Им бы про запутиных уродов доклад сделать, всё-таки Россия побольше и её незаконная власть гадит ныне всему миру гораздо круче.
Prof. Dr. Cordula von Denkowski teaches psychology and criminology at the Department of Social Work, Faculty V, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hannover. Her research focuses on forced migration and social change in North East Asia.
Prof. em. Dr. Dr. h.c. Sung-Jo Parkis professor emeritus at the Free University of Berlin and formerly BK Professor at Seoul National University, Republic of Korea. At present, he is chairman of the Board of Governors of CASS Europe. Professor Park is recipient of the German Federal Cross of Merit. He is co-author and co-editor of the book “Europe – North Korea between Hu-manitarianism and Business?” (Lit Berlin, 2010).
Paul Tjiais director of GPI Consultancy, a Dutch ICT consultancy firm. He is co-author of the book: „Offshoring Informati-on Technology – Sourcing and Outsourcing to a Global Workforce“ (Cambridge University Press). He has con-tacts with North Korean software companies since 1997. As from 2006, he organizes business missions to North Korea, with participants from different sectors.
Charles A. von Denkowski, M.A. is an external doctoral student of Prof. Dr. iur. Thomas Feltes, Faculty of Law, Ruhr-University of Bochum/Germany. His dissertation focuses on the North Korean ad-ministration. Charles is a member of the Asian Society of Criminology.
Ох, как жалко, что такие темы пропускаю…..  Это ж ещё год КНР на CeBIT. И опять приглашали на сбор женщин-руководительниц в ИТ. Эх, сколько бы инфы набрела.
Не пускают грехи в рай. И что с того, что грехи чужие, и я за них не ответчик, а в ЦеБитовском раю уже 21й год пасусь. А вот мимо лица такое пронеслось.
